I am focused on ensuring families and business are properly protected against the uncertainties of everyday life.

Previously as a Claims Leader in the insurance industry, I was able to live this passion through mentoring and coaching licensed adjusters so that they were prepared to help customers  through their most difficult experiences. I was fortunate to lead award-winning teams of insurance professionals as well as lead cross-functional teams focusing on the improvement of the Customer Experience. In addition, I moved to the InsurTech space where I focused on redefining the Customer Experience for insurance consumers.

I’ve been referred to as an Insurance Nerd, Claims Guy and Customer Experience Fan Boy - I have to agree!
